Established in 1991 in Visakhapatnam, India, Flash Forge Private Limited is an ISO 9001:2008 certified manufacturer of customised special material forgings used for severe service conditions in industries such as defence, aerospace, power, oil and gas, shipbuilding, petrochemicals and process plants. Our core expertise lies in the design, development and production of a high variety of customised products in non-standard materials and special alloys such as titanium, nickel and cupro-nickel alloys, maraging steel and GOST materials. We were among the first to supply titanium WP91 fittings in India. Our manufacturing range comprises special products such as heavy wall thickness fittings, reducing elbows, y-pieces, gas bottles, steam headers, forgings for rocket motor casings and cladded fittings in non-standard dimensions or that involve non-standard processing or testing based on specific customer requirements.
