Detailed description:
Our Hotel has 44 well-appointed rooms with 85 beds including three suites, ten Sdeluxe rooms, two SAC room, twenty nine DAC rooms. All rooms are equipped with Air-conditioned (Window), attached baths(European style)and round the clock hot and cold water. The carpeted deluxe rooms also have direct dialing telephones, attached cable and satellite television, refrigerator, with soft drink and the spacious rooms also open to broad balconies offering spectacular views of the city.

abinashHi I booked 10 Rooms in Hotel Republic, Patna on 2nd Oct 2009 for 2nd Nov 2009. I paid Rs. 10000/- in advance through my credit card. Still I am carrying my credit card slip along with hotel booking receipt. When I reached with my guest on 2nd Nov at 10PM, they refused to give room to me. And the Manager Mr. Panday started using bad words and threaten to me and my guest. It was my life biggest painful day for me which I was not expected. I was not able to do anything because me and my gust traveled from darbhanga to patna to attained my Brother’s marriage, and we were allready late, it was night 10 PM. So my first priority was there to prepare barat and complete the marriage formalities. So we did everything on road. And then we went to marriage palace. We are belong to Bihar, but what other have opinion about Bihar, it was came true in front of me. We decided we leave all the thing and reach safely at home. In this incident we lost some of the valuable things in this hotel , are listed below 1)Lost my and my family prestige in front of guest 2)Lost some valuable things in this hotel 3)They Misbehave with my invited Guest 4)Lost booking amount Rs .10000/- (Not refunded) 5)Female Gust lost their privacy. 6)And so many thing which I cannot list down. Reason: Why they refused to give booked room to me 1)On 2nd Nov 2009 hotel management they booked their rooms over than their capacity, due to huge demand for marriage 2)They fell I am outsider (Non Bihar), Because my brother Stay in UK and he called from UK to Hotel book the room, and I travelled from Bangalore to arrange the hotel. 3)I used credit card which is still unique things in Bihar. 4)I had given my introduction to Manager (Panday) as software engineer working in Wipro Tech, Bangalore. So he decided I am outsider I am not hopping to get my things which I lost. It is just awareness to other who traveling to Bihar, and booking their a hotel Solution: Always talk as a gunda, with manager, do not use credit card, always use cash and bargin the rate.
