The Indus Education Society is a non-profit making educational society, registered under The Societies Act, established in the year 2007. The society is promoted by a team of IIT’ians.
IES has setup a premier institute of higher education known as INDUS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY & MANAGEMENT (IITM). It is situated at Bilhaur, Kanpur in the heart of Uttar Pradesh on the banks of Ganga river in the fertile Gangetic plains of north India on National Highway (NH-91). IITM believes that all-round prosperity and happiness can only come by striving for excellence, excellence from the striving for perfection, and perfection from dedication to acquire and share useful knowledge and skills through individual enterprise and mutual cooperation.
IITM, with its beautifully landscaped and carefully tended gardens, provides an ideal environment for a congenial learning experience. Here is a campus that invites students out of their hostels to spend time between classes amid greenery and a riot of floral color.
Elaborate arrangements have been made at the campus to provide excellent hostel facilities for girls and boys. Medical and insurance facilities are also provided on campus.
Every effort has been made at the IITM to provide the best facilities for students who live on campus. Every student has access to a wide range of activities, facilities and support.
