Sunder Deep Group of Institutions (SDGI) was established in 2004 with a vision of becoming center of excellence for professional education in all its realms. A group of noted academicians and eminent industrialists with high social acceptance had joined hands to establish SDGI. Within a short span of time, SDGI has assumed a credible position among most progressing professional education institutions of National Capital Region. This exponential growth itself is a testimony of sincere efforts being put in by faculty and staff members of SDGI.

Academy of Business and Engineering Sciences (ABES), with captivating state of art campus having aesthetically lush green, serene and capitulating landscape of eco-friendly environment and situated on Delhi Hapur by-pass road, NH-24, 11 Kms from Delhi border with proximity to hub of industries, MNCs and business houses was started in 2000 with B.Tech. ( CS, IT, EC) and MCA, with the approval from AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to UP Technical University, Lucknow having UPTU code 032. In the following years ME (2003), MBA (2006), EEE (2008), MCA (2008) and M.Tech. were also approved. In 2009, Academy of Business and Engineering Sciences (ABES) was renamed as ABES Engineering College with UPTU Code 032 after due approval, having B.Tech., MBA and MCA programs. Along with this another Institution, Academy of Business & Engineering Sciences with UPTU Code 459 with MCA program was approved.

The Institute of Management Education(IME) was started in 1995 with a full time PGDM programme duly approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Government of India. Over the past 15 years, the Institute has established itself as one of the premier business schools of the country, which focuses on quality and value based education; research; and corporate leadership.With the mission to serve society by promoting excellence in education, the Institute has diversified in the areas of Information Technology and Law, and today, the Institute is known for academic excellence, research orientation, industry interactions and social responsibility.
