Ingredients-

  • 3/4th cup PIzza Cheese shredded
  • 5 Bread Slices
  • 4-5 tbsp Pizza Sauce
  • 1 Vegetables for Topping (corn, onions, capsicum, tomato)
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning( a pinch for each slice)
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • Oil to toast bread

Process-

  • Preheat oven to 250 degree Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil paper.
  • First trim edges of bread. Then arrange them on a prepared baking sheet drizzle some oil and keep it in oven for 3 minutes.
  • After that remove from the oven and cool for a while, then spread pizza sauce on each slice and top with vegetables, italian seasoning, pepper powder and finally with some  Pizza cheese.
  • Then bake it for 6-7 minutes until the cheese melts.

2.Mozzarella Cheese Bites

Ingredients-

  • 1 cup Pizza Cheese
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 ½ cups breadcrumbs
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Process-

  • Shred the cheese.
  • In a small bowl mix together the eggs and water. In a medium bowl mix the breadcrumbs and garlic powder. In a large heavy saucepan heat the oil .
  • Make balls with the shredded dairy product. One at a time, coat each ball first in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and then roll in the breadcrumbs. Repeat until all of the pieces are coated.
  • Place into the hot oil and deep fry in batches until golden brown, about 30 seconds. Drain on paper towels.
  • Serve hot with a spicy sauce

3.Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients-

  • 1 cup shredded Pizza cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups breadcrumbs
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • salt and pepper
  • Marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup oil

Process-

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Spread the flour in a shallow dish. Beat the eggs in a second shallow dish. Spread the breadcrumbs in a third shallow dish.
  • Pat dry the chicken with paper towels, and season with salt and pepper. Working with one piece of chicken at a time, coat with flour, then dip into the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumbs. Lay the breaded chicken on a plate.
  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat until just smoking. Add two pieces of chicken and cook until light golden brown on both sides.
  • Drain the chicken on paper towels, then transfer to a plate and keep warm in the oven. Repeat with the remaining breaded chicken.
  • After cooking, increase the oven temperature to 450 degrees. Spoon 1/4 cup marinara over the top of each chicken breast, then sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese and Bake the chicken until the cheese has melted and browned.
  • Serve with pasta and remaining marinara sauce.
  • 4.Mac and Cheese Recipes

Ingredients-

For topping:

  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • Salt
  • For Mac ‘n’ Cheese-
  • ½ cup pasta
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • red chili pepper flakes
  • 3 Tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 cup + 2 Tablespoons chicken broth
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • ½ cup  Pizza Cheese cheese, shredded

Process-

  • For the crunchy topping: Melt butter over medium heat, then add in bread crumbs. Cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally, about 2 minutes. Stir in parsley, salt and pepper. Set aside to cool.
  • For the Macaroni and Cheese: Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees. Bring a large pot of water to boil, add salt and then pasta. Cook until pasta begins to soften, about 5-6 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Add butter in the same pot and melt over medium heat. Add in garlic and red chili pepper flakes and cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Add in flour and whisk for 1 additional minute.
  • Slowly whisk chicken broth and milk into the flour mixture in batches, whisking until mixture is smooth between each batch. After stirring constantly and cooking until thick and bubbly, remove from the heat.
  • Add the cheeses and stir until sauce is smooth. Stir in cooked pasta and pour the macaroni and cheese into a non-stick baking dish.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for 15-20 more minutes, or until breadcrumbs are crisp and sides are golden brown.
  • Serve hot

5.Cheese Pakora

Ingredients-

  • 1 cup  Pizza Cheese
  • 1 onion thinly chopped
  • 1 cup Bengal gram flour (besan)
  • 4 green chillies thinly chopped
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • A pinch of baking soda
  • A pinch of black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • Fresh coriander chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to deep fry

Process-

  • Mix every ingredient except for oil and the dairy product and keep the mixture aside.
  • Shred the cheese and roll into balls.
  • Heat the oil.
  • Coat the balls with the mixture and fry until brown in color.
  • Serve hot with coriander chutney or tomato ketchup.

Process-

3. Orange Delight

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp gelatine.
  • 2 cups cream.
  • 1 tin Amul mithai mate.
  • 3 cups orange juice.

Process-

  • Soak gelatine in a little amount of orange juice.
  • Heat over hot water (double boiling method) till it is dissolved.
  • Meanwhile whip the cream.
  • Add evaporated milk, orange juice and gelatine mixture.
  • Pour into any shape of mould you like and chill.
  • Remove from mould and serve.

4.Pedha

Ingredients-

  • 300 gms milkmaid.
  • 3-4 tbsp milk powder.
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder.
  • 1 tbsp ghee.

Process-

  • Mixx the first three ingredients properly. Make sure the mixture doesn’t contain any lump.
  • Pour this in a non-stick pan and heat.
  • Heat until it thickens.
  • Add ghee and continue stirring.
  • When mixture starts leaving the edges, turn off the flame and keep it aside to cool it down slightly.
  • Makes pedha shapes, once the mixture is slightly cooled.

5.Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients-

  • 2 cups whipped cream.
  • 1 tin Amul mithai mate.
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • 3-4 tbsp strawberry jam.

Process-

  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Pour into a tray.
  • Chill the tray.
  • Scoop it out when you wish to serve.

Ingredients-

  • ½ tin milkmaid.
  • 5 Oreo biscuits.
  • 1 chocolate bar.

Process-

  • Crush the Oreo biscuits.
  • Add in the other ingredients and mix.
  • Chill it in the freezer.
  • Serve chilled.

Ingredients-

  • 1 tbsp butter.
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder.
  • 50 gms chocolate.
  • 1 tin Amul mithai mate.
  • 4 tbsp chopped walnuts.

Process-

  • Melt the butter over a gentle heat.
  • Add in cocoa and chocolate and let it melt.
  • Add in evaporated milk.
  • Cook till it thickens.
  • Add the walnuts.
  • Put out the heat and let it cool.
  • Store it in a glass jar.
  • Spread over anything like bread, roti, etc.

8.Kaju Katli

Ingredients-

  • 1 cup Cashew nuts.
  • 1 cup water.
  • ½ teaspoon Cardamom powder.
  • 3 tbsp milkmaid.

Process-

  • Grind the cashews with the help of grinder, turn it into powder and keep it aside.
  • Heat water in a Kadai on medium flame.
  • Once heated, add the cashew powder, cardamom powder and the dairy product in it.
  • Keep stirring this mixture on low flame till it becomes thick. Take it off the flame in a bowl and cool it down.
  • Knead it into a dough and flatten as per desired thickness with greased rolling pin. Cut it into the kaju katli shape (diamond shape) and cool it further.

9.Fruit Salad

Ingredients-

  • 1 cup fruits of your choice (opt for seasonal fruits).

Process-

  • Chop the fruits in required shapes.
  • Put them in a bowl.
